Chief Compliance & Finance Officer (Equity-Based)

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly accountable finance & compliance professional to take ownership of our company’s finance, taxation, accounting, corporate compliance and governance functions.

Key Experience
Corporate Governance & Companies Act compliance
Complete MCA / ROC filings
Share Issuance, SHA & SSA
GST – end-to-end compliance
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Balance Sheet & Financial Statements
MIS & Financial Reporting
Payroll & Salary Slips
TDS & ESIC
ITR – Individual & Company
Contracts drafting & commercial documentation
Coordination with Stakeholders

We are looking for someone who can independently own the function, maintain robust financial controls,



identify compliance/tax risks and work closely with the founders as the company scales.

? Equity-Based Opportunity

0.5%–2.0% equity, depending on experience, capabilities and level of ownership, with a minimum 2–3 year commitment / vesting period.

This is a founder-level, long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build alongside the company rather than simply take up a conventional finance job.
