About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who wants to build, experiment, and grow. We value real SEO results over company names on your resume.
If you have built a website from scratch and grown it to 0–500+ organic clicks/traffic in Google Search Console, that experience is highly valuable to us even if you have little or no agency/brand experience.

What We’re Looking For• Strong understanding of Full-Stack SEO Technical, On-Page & Off-Page SEO
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush and other SEO tools
• Ability to perform technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, link building and SEO analysis
• Understanding of how websites actually grow in organic search not just theoretical SEO knowledge
• Someone who actively follows SEO updates, experiments,



tests strategies and keeps learning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple clients and SEO projects
• Comfortable taking ownership and executing tasks end-to-end
