Role Description The Caller role is a full time, on-site position based in Kalyan Dombivli. The caller will contact prospective buyers, explain available property options, and gather details about their budget and housing requirements. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, sharing accurate information about projects and offers,



and scheduling site visits with interested clients. The caller will maintain call records, update lead status in internal systems, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups. The role also involves answering queries, building rapport with clients, and supporting a transparent and positive customer experience.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain property details clearly and professionally.
