About the Role

We are looking for a business-oriented qualified with FMCG retail experience, strong Excel skills and hands-on knowledge of ERP systems. This role combines retail operations, MIS, system management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage item masters, product categories, pricing and barcodes.
- Create and manage promotional offers and schemes in ERP.
- Prepare sales, inventory, purchase and profitability reports.
- Develop Excel dashboards and automate routine reports.
- Conduct business process audits and identify operational gaps.
- Assist in ERP improvements, automation and SOP implementation.
- Coordinate with Store Operations, Purchase and Accounts teams.





Requirements
- Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Retail MIS/ERP Executive.
- Strong FMCG or supermarket retail knowledge.
- Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Power Query.
- Practical knowledge of retail ERP/POS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Important: This is not a hardware or networking IT role. We need someone who understands retail operations and can manage business systems and reporting.
