Role Description
Identify and approach potential clients, including schools, coaching centres, colleges, and educational organizations.
Promote and present JSIL’s Rocketry Workshops and other STEM education programs.
Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and presentations.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.




Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and institutional partners.
Manage client databases, sales records, and follow-ups using sales tracking tools.
Coordinate with operations and training teams to schedule and execute workshops.
Participate in educational fairs, local events, and outreach activities to enhance brand visibility.
Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for business development and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain educational and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven abilities in relationship-building, negotiation, and sales closing, preferably in education, training, or service-based industries.
• Basic understanding or interest in STEM education, rocketry, or scientific workshops, with a willingness to learn product details.
• Competence in using office productivity too
