We're Hiring: Operations Associate
We're an early stage online marketplace startup building something current for buyers and sellers across India. We're a small team that moves fast and we're looking for a hands on Operations Associate who loves keeping things organised and running smoothly.
What you'll do
• Manage daily operations and keep everything on track
• Onboard sellers and support them on the platform
• Track orders, payments and deliveries, following up on any issues
• Handle customer and seller queries and complaints
• Maintain trackers, records and reports
• Coordinate with the team to fix problems quickly
What we're looking for
• 0 to 2 years in operations, support or a similar role (freshers welcome)
• Good communication in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• Organised, reliable and ready to take ownership
