Position Purpose: Fund Accounting operation / production

Responsibilities: Daily Operations (Delivery of Daily Net Asset value of Mutual funds)

Direct Responsibilities

• In this role, candidates will require to be part of daily complex BAU management to deliver absolute quality, with big focus on process transformation to bring lean workflow with effective control
• The role requires very strong Organizational skills. In this role individual would be expected to have full understanding of process and control and to be involved in production as preparer/ reviewer of funds.
• The Candidate will be expected to work closely with the teams within FA & other satellite teams.
• Solid technical understanding of Fund Accounting / Fund Services functions and across fund structures is expected. Anticipation of issue and risk assessment would be key and timely escalating to appropriate team/ escalation contact would be expected.
• Ensure audit protocols are followed by the team.



Perform periodic independent control to ensure adherence. Identify proactively, control gaps and take mitigating steps. Act as SPOC during audit period.
• Ensure incident management protocol is followed by self and the team.
• Ensure procedures are in place to effectively deal with exceptions and that they are reviewed, researched, documented and resolved in a timely manner.
• Demonstration of commitment to ensure continuous process improvement to achieve efficiency targets.
• Effective and Strong Communication Skill required for this role

• Direct involvement in integrating recent business & activities that will be transferred from other 2S locations in line with ERS strategy.
