About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and strategic growth across automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer products sectors. You'll be the bridge between client needs and our engineering/production teams, driving revenue while ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
• Identify potential clients across target industries.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.

Sales & Client Acquisition
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular revenue forecasts to management.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Act as primary point of contact for inquiries and technical discussions, coordinating with engineering and design teams.

Strategic Partnerships
• Collaborate with design firms, R&D; departments,



and product development teams.
• Explore alliances with Additive Manufacturing (SLA, SLS, FDM, MJF), Urethane Casting (low volume plastic production), CNC machining (plastic & metal), and component suppliers.

Project Coordination
• Work with production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements translate accurately into prototypes.

Who We're Looking For
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, prototyping, or engineering services
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (Additive Manufacturing, Vacuum / Urethane Casting, CNC)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter comfortable with travel for client meetings and industry events
