Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager with robust project handling, client coordination, sales, and technical documentation skills within the Residential and Commercial Building sector.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing clients, projects, sites, teams, and business development activities, while also contributing to lead generation and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities




• Manage residential and commercial building projects end-to-end.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and handle measurements and BOQ.
• Oversee project documentation, reports, schedules, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, understand requirements, and provide regular updates.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare suitable proposals and solutions.
• Supervise technicians, supervisors, and site workers.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support the sales process with proposals, order processing, quotations, and CRM documentation.
• Maintain and regularly update leads, opportunities, and client information in the CRM.
