We are looking for a Strategy Manager who can think beyond presentations and reports — someone who can understand a business, identify the real problem, develop the right strategy and help drive execution.
ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the Founder and clients to understand business challenges, analyse opportunities, develop growth strategies and convert strategic recommendations into actionable plans.
The role requires a combination of:
Strategic Thinking + Business Analysis + Consulting + Client Management + Execution
You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and handling multiple client projects with ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Business & Growth Strategy· Understand client business models, objectives and growth challenges.
· Identify gaps across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Team, CRM and Business Systems.
· Develop practical business and growth strategies.
· Create structured action plans with priorities, timelines and KPIs.
· Help clients identify current revenue and growth opportunities.
· Review existing strategies and recommend improvements.
2. Business Research & Analysis· Conduct market, industry and competitor research.
· Analyse customer segments, positioning and competitive landscape.
· Study business performance, sales data and operational information.
· Identify trends, gaps, opportunities and potential risks.
