Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shahjahanpur for a Project Execution Lead: MEP Works for upcoming ITC WelcomHotel, Shahjahanpur. The role involves leading and coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) works for hotel projects, ensuring alignment with design standards, functional requirements, and safety regulations. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Daily responsibilities include site inspections, progress monitoring, resolving technical and design issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.



The role also requires preparing reports, tracking budgets, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved within defined timelines.

Qualifications
• 5 yrs+ Experience as an MEP in hospitality industry.
• Strong proficiency in project management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in CAD and ability to create shop drawings is recommended.
• Inspection skills to monitor MEP works, verify compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Logistics management skills to handle vendor coordination, supply chain activities, and on-site material flow.
• Background in MEP projects, preferably in hotels.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, design specifications, and construction documents.
