About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results driven influencer marketer to strengthen Cure Organics presence through creator partnerships and contribute to the business growth.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of influencer marketing, creator outreach, and social media trends, with the ability to launch campaigns, find relevant influencers and coordinate collaborations from outreach to execution.

Key responsibilities
• Manage influencer outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations from briefing to content delivery.
• Execute barter and paid influencer campaigns.

• Manage product dispatches, deliveries and maintain records.
• Find relevant influencers and content creators aligned with Cure Organics.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and basic performance metrics, such as Reach, Engagement, impressions, EMV, CPM, CTR and conversions.
• Ensure monthly execution while maintaining brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on social media trends and find current creator and content opportunities.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
• Support the marketing team with influencer-led content.

Skills & competencies
• Strong understanding of Instagram, and Meta.
• Ability to devise and execute ROAS and ROI positive campaigns.
• Ability to execute campaigns from a Meta perspective.
• Strong experience in nutrition, wellness, beauty preferred.
• Good verbal and written communicatio
