RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Client Success & Satisfaction (40%)
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders across AI-native Digital Engineering and Growth Marketing engagements.
• Support the Customer Success Lead in maintaining high CSAT across accounts.
• Build robust working relationships through consistent communication and proactive updates.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships across Digital Engineering and Growth Marketing accounts.
• Track client sentiment continuously and flag risks early.
• Ensure expectations around scope, timelines, deliverables, and business outcomes are clearly communicated and managed.
• Understand client business goals and ensure our AI, Digital Engineering, and Growth Marketing initiatives are aligned to those goals.
• Contribute to turning satisfied clients into case studies, references, and advocates.

Support Delivery Execution (40%)
• Work with Outcome Managers, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery execution.
• Run and coordinate delivery cadences, including standups,



sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain visibility across multiple engagements, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of Growth Marketing and Digital Engineering engagements.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and client priorities, and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure all client communication reflects clarity, structure, and confidence.
• Bridge communication between technical, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure client requirements, feedback, priorities, and expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams.
• Help clients understand progress, outcomes, challenges, and next steps across their AI, Digital Engineering, and Growth Marketing initiatives.

Enable Revenue Expansion (20%)
• Identify early signals for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
