Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in South 24 Parganas. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting product features and benefits, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily tasks include visiting retailers and distributors, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and providing product information and support.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. The Sales Specialist may assist in training channel partners or junior sales team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
