We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) with solid domain expertise in Collections, Debt Management and Customer Case Management. The role will lead business architecture activities across a Pega transformation programme,



translating complex collections requirements into scalable Pega solutions and acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners and Pega delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business architecture and requirements activities for Pega-based Collections and Debt Management solutions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, operational teams and SMEs to understand existing collection processes, pain points and transformation objectives.
• Define and optimise end-to-end customer journeys covering arrears, debt collection, repayment arrangements, affordability, vulnerability, recoveries and case management.
• Translate business requirements into Pega capabilities, processes, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Lead Discovery, Design Thinking and requirements elaboration workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
