Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management,



and employee relations for HelpRush’s on-ground and office teams. This full-time, on-site role in Srinagar involves designing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance with applicable labor regulations, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The Human Resources Manager will support leadership in workforce planning, compensation and advantages administration, and organizational development initiatives to align people practices with business goals. The role also includes facilitating training programs, promoting a safe and inclusive workplace culture, and addressing employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (operations, product, support) is expected to ensure HR practices support the unique requirements of a real-time services marketplace.
