About The Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – B2B Client Servicing to drive business growth, develop new B2B accounts and manage existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong commercial acumen and the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.

The role involves a combination of business development, client servicing, relationship management and PAN India travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across India.
• Generate leads through networking, references, market research, industry events and other channels.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Handle the complete business development cycle from lead generation to negotiation,



closure and client servicing.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business proposals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/business development targets.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and follow up for closures.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify potential new markets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution and resolution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales pipeline and business closures.
• Travel PAN India as required for client meetings, business development and relationship management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–8 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Sales / Client Servicing.
