Jewellery Designer

Ritambara is looking for a Jewellery Designer to join our team.

We’re building Ritambara at the intersection of Ritambara is being built at the intersection of jewellery, wearable sculpture, and design. We create pieces meant to feel like relics, objects that carry story, character, and presence. Our work blends craftsmanship with experimentation to make pieces that feel personal.

This role is especially suited to someone who enjoys taking an idea all the way from concept and sketch to CAD, prototype and final production.

What you’ll be working on

• Developing jewellery concepts and translating them into detailed designs
• Developing production-ready files and working through CAD/CAM workflows
• Collaborating with manufacturers, artisans and production teams
• Working with metals, textures, finishes, stones and materials
• Developing prototypes and refining designs through sampling
• Understanding jewellery construction, proportions, mechanisms, settings and wearability
• Researching art, fashion, architecture, culture and materials to inform new designs




• Contributing to recent collections, experimental pieces and special projects

What we’re looking for

• Strong jewellery design and visualisation skills
• Excellent understanding of CAD/CAM and jewellery manufacturing
• Proficiency in software such as Rhino, MatrixGold, RhinoGold, ZBrush, Blender, KeyShot or similar ( optional )
• Strong sketching and technical skills
• Good understanding of metals, materials and jewellery construction
• A sharp eye for proportion, form and detail
• Ability to take a conceptual idea and make it technically achievable
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment beyond conventional jewellery

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is curious, unconventional, and someone who wants to understand not just what a piece should look like, but how it should exist.
