The Role

This is not a traditional marketing role. As Senior Marketing Manager you will help build the organizations brand shape its narrative strengthen its visibility and create marketing-led growth across applicants corporates NGOs and CSR partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand and Storytelling
- Define and build brand identity across platforms.
- Own content strategy across all media including social channels website and collateral.
- Translate real outcomes into compelling narratives.
- Position the organization as a credible differentiated voice in skilling and hiring.





- Thought Leadership and Positioning

- Drive founder-led and organization-led content.
- Build a consistent voice that challenges existing hiring and education systems.
- Create content that attracts potential students corporates NGOs and partners.

- Partnership-Led Growth

- Build and nurture relationships with NGOs corporates and CSR leaders.
- Support outreach for hiring partnerships and sourcing networks.
- Enable marketing-led pipelines for both supply and demand sides.

- Demand Generation and Engagement

- Drive high-quality applications from eligible candidates.
- Improve engagement and following across digital platforms.
- Design campaigns that convert awareness into action.

- Execution and Team Leadership

- Lead and manage the existing marketing team.
- Ensure consistency quality and speed of execution.
- Work across content campaigns PR and partnerships.

Qualifications and requirements

- Experience: 8 years in marketing; EdTech experience preferred and NGO exposure is a plus.
- Skills: Strong storytelling and content instincts with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple powerful narratives.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in digital marketing brand building and campaign execution.
- Mindset: High ownership and ability to operate in an unstructured workplace aligned deeply with the organizations mission.
