Functional Area: Service Operations / After-Sales Support / Engineering Services

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the after-sales service operations for plastic processing and packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, team leadership skills, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee installation, commissioning, and servicing of machinery at client sites

- Lead and guide the service team to ensure timely and efficient support

- Handle escalated technical issues and provide hands-on troubleshooting when required

- Coordinate with sales and production teams for seamless client support

- Maintain service records, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics





- Train service engineers and ensure skill upgrades across the team

- Build strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention

- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all service activities

Candidate Profile:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)

- Experience: 10–12 years in service and maintenance of plastic/packaging machinery

- Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of VFFS / HFFS / plastic processing machines

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Problem-solving and client-handling capabilities

- Experience in managing field service teams and technical operations
