Key Responsibilities:
Must 4-5 years in the Quick Service Restaurant in the FMCG industry.
Identify suitable suppliers for assorted materials for stores.
Negotiate rates lower than current rates with identified suppliers.
Identify and appoint contractors for each region to execute stores as per brand guidelines.
Set up mechanism to monitor or ensure adequate control on delivered quality of execution of stores.
Renovate identified stores as per brand guidelines.
Ensure optimization of timelines to open new stores through effective co-ordination of equipment suppliers, contractors and franchisees.
