Job Title: Manager / Sr.
Manager – ESG
Job Purpose:
The role is to be responsible to
lead the organisation’s sustainability and ESG initiatives. The role involves
end -to -end ownership of ESG strategy, data management, GHG accounting, and
reporting aligned with global and Indian frameworks such as GRI and BRSR. The
candidate will drive ESG performance, ensure compliance, and support business
integration of sustainability practices.
Experience: 12 to 15 years, Job Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
1. ESG
Strategy & Framework Development
· Develop
and implement the company's ESG strategy aligned with international
sustainability standards.
· Integrate
ESG policies into renewable energy project lifecycle (development,
construction, and operations).
· Support
ESG alignment with investor expectations and sustainability commitments.
2. Environmental
Compliance & Sustainability
