Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to shipments, deliveries, pickups, delays, and order status.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, transporters, delivery teams, and internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up on delayed, pending, returned, or undelivered shipments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipment status, and complaints.
Coordinate with customers regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
Escalate critical issues to the concerned team/manager.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up until the issue is completely resolved.
Maintain service quality and meet defined customer service/SLA/TAT targets.
Prepare basic reports related to customer queries, complaints, and shipment issues.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2-3 years of experience in customer support, logistics, courier,
transportation, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Valuable English and Hindi communication skills.
Comfortable using MS Excel, email, and basic computer applications.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling ability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
