Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
Solid expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the Service Now platform.
Experience in integrating ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects on time.
In-depth understanding of IT service management best practices and frameworks.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to ITSM implementations.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
