Job Description

Reporting to the MD you will
Define and execute the R&D; and Technology roadmap in alignment with corporate growth objectives and market needs.
Lead the R&D; teams to deliver protected, compliant, and cost-effective formulations for current and future products.
Work closely with global product development organizations to ensure technology transfer, formulation compliance, and successful product launches.
Identify critical product and application requirements and ensures alignment between product design and customer performance needs.
Drive innovation by proposing recent products, technologies, and applications emerging from research and customer insights.




Partner with commercial teams to align product development with market needs
Monitor competitor technologies and market innovations
*Engage with key customers for technical solutions and customization
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Analyse market trends to guide innovation efforts.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
PHD and NPD experience in their tenure
Experience in R&D; commercialization
