Madhouse Mafia is a full-stack creator economy studio and India's largest influencer marketing agency for personal finance creators.

The role
You'll own influencer campaigns end to end, from the first creator shortlist to the final report. You'll work directly with the founders, brand marketing teams and some of India's top finance creators.

What you'll do
Build creator shortlists against brand briefs, matching audience, category fit, language and budget
Reach out to and negotiate with creators and their managers on deliverables, timelines and commercials
Write creator briefs that turn brand messaging into something a creator can make good content from
Run campaign execution: track scripts, drafts, approvals, go-lives and usage rights across several campaigns at once
Review creator content for brand guidelines, compliance (SEBI/ASCI disclosures for finance brands) and quality before it goes live
Pull post-campaign data (views, engagement, CTR, installs/sign-ups) and turn it into clear reports and insights
Keep the creator database current: rates, past performance,



audience data and contact details
Coordinate payments, invoices and contracts with the finance and Talent teams

What we're looking for
0–2 years in influencer marketing, an agency, brand marketing or a creator-led company (strong freshers welcome)
You watch a lot of creator content and can tell why one video works and another doesn't
Sharp written communication: briefs, emails and WhatsApp follow-ups that are transparent and quick
Highly organised; you can handle 5+ live campaigns without dropping a deliverable
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic data analysis
Comfortable negotiating and holding a number
Hindi and English required; a South Indian language is a solid plus

Bonus points
Interest in personal finance, fintech, BFSI, travel or credit cards
Existing relationships with creators or talent managers
Familiarity with Instagram/YouTube analytics, influencer discovery tools, or Canva and basic deck-making
