Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Commercial Head with robust expertise in commercial real estate and construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial operations, project costing, budgeting, contract management, procurement, and financial control to ensure project profitability and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all commercial activities related to real estate and construction projects.
Handle project budgeting, cost estimation, BOQ, and cost control.
Oversee contract management, tendering, rate analysis, and negotiations with vendors and contractors.




Monitor project expenses, cash flow, billing, and budget adherence.
Manage client billing, contractor billing, certification, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, and execution teams.
Identify cost-saving prospects and ensure effective resource utilization.
Ensure commercial compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Prepare commercial reports, MIS, and project cost analysis for management.
Manage commercial risks and support timely project completion within the approved budget.
