About KGDC: KGDC Enterprises LLP is a fast-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I;) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.
The prospect: Work directly with the founder on how a scaling solar company grows across three states.
One opening, based at our Jamshedpur Head Office.
What you will do:
Build MIS and performance dashboards for sales, operations and hiring
Analyse markets and territories for new districts and expansion
Research C&I; prospects and support proposals and presentations
Track solar policy updates and tender opportunities
Take ownership of projects the founder hands you, end to end
Must-have:
Strong MBA or B.Tech student or recent graduate
Strong communication and convincing skills (hard requirement)
Excellent Excel / Sheets and structured problem-solving; explicit written English
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast turnarounds; high ownership
What you get: Monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
