Job Description:

Prepare detailed 2D/3D HVAC and ducting drawings using AutoCAD and relevant design software.

Develop HVAC ducting layouts, equipment layouts and air-distribution drawings based on project requirements.

Prepare Heat Load and Cooling Load calculation sheets.

Calculate and finalize duct sizes based on airflow and HVAC design requirements.

Prepare Single Line Drawings (SLD) / Double Line Drawings with appropriate equipment selection.

Prepare Material Estimation / Bill of Material (BOM) based on project drawings and requirements.

Develop detailed fabric duct / air-distribution layouts as per engineering specifications.

Coordinate with HVAC Design Engineers, Project Managers, Architects and Site Teams to understand design requirements.

Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers,



consultants or clients.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, design standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper project drawings, revisions and technical documentation for future reference.

Coordinate with the execution/site team to resolve drawing-related technical issues.

Support the engineering team in equipment selection, duct sizing and overall HVAC system design.

Ensure accuracy of dimensions, specifications, material requirements and design details in all drawings.

Assist in preparing drawings and technical documents required for project execution and client/consultant approval.
