Position Overview:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating Life Insurance business through the Direct Channel. The role involves customer acquisition, need analysis, product presentation, relationship management, and regular follow-up to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate recent Life Insurance business through the Direct Channel.

• Identify prospective customers and generate qualified leads through direct sourcing and customer references.

• Conduct customer meetings, understand insurance requirements, and recommend suitable Life Insurance solutions.

• Explain product features, advantages, policy terms,



and relevant information in a explicit manner.

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and future business.

Candidate Eligibility:

• Qualification: Any Graduate from a recognized institution.

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

• Experience: Relevant Life Insurance / BFSI sales experience preferred. Candidates with BFSI, Financial Product Sales, Cross-Selling or Direct Sales experience may also be considered.

• Dropouts/Gap cases will not be entertained. Candidate should preferably be currently working.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable with customer-facing field sales and target-based working.
