The role involves assisting passengers throughout their airport journey and ensuring a smooth, protected, and positive travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist passengers throughout their airport journey, including check-in, boarding, arrival, and departure.
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, baggage, and airport services.
Assist passengers with check-in formalities, boarding passes, baggage procedures, and gate requirements.
Provide courteous assistance to senior citizens, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.
Handle passenger queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
Resolve routine passenger issues with a service-oriented approach and escalate matters when required.
Maintain operational records and complete required documentation accurately.
Coordinate with relevant airport/airline teams to support smooth passenger movement.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Graduates: Preferred
Experience: Freshers can apply; relevant airport, aviation, hospitality, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Robust customer-service orientation and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good problem-solving and passenger-handling skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Skilled appearance and well-groomed personality.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
