The Analyst, Performance Marketing would be responsible for managing advertising campaigns for client in India & USA markets on platforms such as DV360.
The individual is responsible for planning, building and optimising campaigns and analyse performance based on client objectives.
He/she may eventually also manage a team based on his/her capabilities and performance.
We are looking to bring in an experienced analyst to support our programmatic campaigns.
the primary responsibility of this roe will be go strengthen the capabilities of our Bangalore office as it relates to managing Programmatic Advertising Campaigns.
Primary Duties
Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of programmatic advertising.
Build programmatic campaigns and strategies that are structured into explicit framework focused on clients business objectives & are built upon solid insight.
Ensure campaign setup and delivery is aligned with the tactical plan and offer strategic and tactical recommendations to help shape future planning.
Optimize media campaigns towards the target KPI's within programmatic advertising platform DV360.
Requirements
Desired experience:
0- 1 year of experience in managing programmatic campaigns
Experience in setting up and optimising campaigns on programmatic platforms such as DV360 & DCM
Solid data analysis skills (including Microsoft Excel skills)

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Social Media Management or Creative Design, preferably in an agency environment Hands-on experience with design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro (or equivalents) Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, audience psychology, and content trends Proven ability to design and execute brand-consistent creative assets Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills Familiarity with AI design and automation tools (bonus)
