Role Description:
Generate current B2B business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, email campaigns, and other channels
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline
Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and field visits
Present our services and prepare proposals/quotations
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure




Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into clients
Develop long-term client relationships and identify repeat/upselling opportunities

Qualifications
3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition / Account Management
Candidates with a sales background in the machinery/engineering industry and familiarity with CAD softwares will be preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Solid field sales and client-facing experience
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Solid networking and relationship-building abilities
A proactive approach to lead generation
Strong follow-up and closing skills
Comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently
