Role Overview

We are looking for a senior business leader to take end-to-end ownership of sourcing and distribution across South India, with a solid focus on building scalable Digital, Contact Center, Partner/Referral and Feet-on-Street (FOS) channels for Loans and Cards.

The role will be responsible for regional P&L;, business growth, channel development, productivity, quality, compliance and building a solid leadership and operating ecosystem across the four southern states.

Key Responsibilities
Build & Scale Digital Sourcing
Set up and scale a high-performance contact center-led digital sourcing model for Loans and Cards across South India.
Own P&L;, productivity, conversion, quality, customer experience and compliance.
Drive technology-enabled sourcing and continuously improve channel economics.
Develop Partner / Referral Network




Build a large and scalable Partner/Referral Network across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
Identify, onboard, activate and manage external sourcing partners and referral partners.
Design and manage effective variable-pay and incentive models to drive sustainable sourcing.
Establish Feet-on-Street (FOS) Distribution
Design and build the end-to-end FOS sourcing model for Loans and Cards.
Own hiring, deployment, territory allocation, productivity, incentives and governance.
Build a high-performance field sales organisation with strong execution discipline.
Build South India Sourcing Ecosystem

Create an integrated multi-channel sourcing ecosystem across:
Digital
Contact Center
Partner / Referral
Feet-on-Street (FOS)

Drive scale while maintaining a solid focus on unit economics, customer quality, compliance and sustainable growth.
Own Regional P&L; & Execution
Take complete own
