About the Position:

We are seeking a qualified CA with 0–5 years of experience to manage direct tax and TDS compliance, tax assessments, financial reporting, tax audits, internal audits, and banking-related reports. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with tax laws, Ind AS, and accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle TDS compliance, including computation, deduction, payment, return filing and reconciliation.
Assist in computation and payment of advance tax and monitor tax positions throughout the year.




Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable Ind AS, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparation of tax audit reports and provide necessary financial and tax information for tax audit requirements.
Assist in handling direct tax assessments, notices and other tax-related matters.
Prepare financial information and other reports required for credit rating assessments.
Prepare bank follow-up reports, financial statements, stock statements and other periodic financial reports required by banks.
Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls, accounting processes and operational procedures.
Review financial transactions and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with established procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, Ind AS, accounting requirements and other relevant regulations.
