Job Purpose:
As an Art Director – 2D , you will lead the development of compelling, brand-aligned visual designs across print and digital touchpoints . From immersive event graphics to multi-format campaign elements, you will steer the visual language of projects while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with strategic, client servicing, and production teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.,

Key Responsibilities / Accountability:
Creative Conceptualization & Campaign Execution
Develop original visual concepts and direct the creative output across branding, marketing, event, and digital campaigns ensuring consistency and quality across media.
Design Strategy Alignment




Translate brand stories into visually engaging design languages that align with both client objectives and target audience sensibilities—spanning ATL, BTL, digital, MICE, and experiential formats.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, guide, and review the work of design team members; provide constructive feedback and ensure on-brand, on-brief, and timely delivery of design assets.
Event & Experience Design
Design creative visual assets for conferences, activations, exhibitions, and internal branding that resonate emotionally and elevate the physical experience of spaces and events.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with copywriters, programmers, production teams, and client leads to translate concepts into integrated campaigns with seamless narrative flow.
Brand Custodianship & Internal Communication
Ensure brand identity is consistently maintained through all deliverables and internal touchpoints, including NeoNiche’s own communications and creative culture.
