NWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of technology and business solutions for insurance clients. The role involves managing large-scale programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering solid client relationships while contributing to business growth.

nKeyResponsibilities:

Lead the successful delivery of insurance domain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. N
Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align business objectives and expectations. N
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and capability development. N
Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives. N
Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin management. N




Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. N
Support business development through solutioning, proposals, and identifying prospects for account growth. N
Manage P&L; / RPF / REF and commercial responsibilities associated with the engagement/account. N

nKey Requirements:

Strong experiencein insurance domain (P&C;, Life, or Health) with a deep understanding of industry processes. N
Own and lead large-scale P&C; Insurance engagements across multiple programs, accounts, and delivery functions. N
Proven track record in managing large delivery programs and client engagements. N
Experience in handling distributed teams and working in global delivery models. N
Robust financial acumenand ability to manage P&L; responsibilities. N
Ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven solutions. N
