nJob Purpose
nThe Associate Director will be responsible for driving growth of Executive Education business across the Government, Public Sector, and allied institutional ecosystem. The role will focus on building strategic relationships, identifying current business opportunities, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships, and managing the end-to-end business development lifecycle.
nThe individual will work closely with senior stakeholders across Central and State Government, CPSEs, PSBs, regulatory bodies, autonomous institutions, and other public sector organisations to position the institution as a strategic partner for leadership development and organisational capability building.

Responsible for revenue and pipeline generation from key Government and public sector accounts; and drive business growth with individual sales targetsn




Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high importance clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.n
Research key customer learning needs - Suggest solutions that answer clients’ requirements.n
Contacting potential clients to establish network, arrange meetings and support in customer outreach – Lead generation through rigorous outreachn
Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams.n
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.n
Strategize, identify and work on recent growth opportunities in Government/semi government sector especially Embassies, International Trade organizations, Foundations, NGOs etc.; manage execution of program projects and tasks, end-to-endn
Helping in Tender documentation and bid submissions for the vertical.n
Prepare approach notes and proposal documents - Translate client-provided information into explicit programme o
