NYour primary responsibility will be to ensure customers receive a smooth and positive experience — from answering product and order-related queries to resolving issues, following up with customers, and helping recover potential orders.
NThis is a hands-on customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who communicates well, is patient and empathetic, and takes ownership of customer problems rather than simply responding to messages.
Key Responsibilities NCustomer Support

Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other support channels N
Respond to questions about products, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and other customer concerns N
Help customers choose the right products based on their requirements, within company guidelines N
Track and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner N
Coordinate with the warehouse, operations,



and other teams to resolve customer issues N
Follow up with customers until their issue is properly resolved N
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and issues N

Follow up with customers who have abandoned their carts N
Contact potential customers and help resolve questions or concerns preventing them from completing their purchase N
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders or incomplete purchases N
Identify common reasonsfor cancellations, refunds, or abandoned carts and share insights with the team N
Support initiatives to improve repeat purchases and customer retention N
