Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Analog Design Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, simulating, and validating high-performance analog circuits for semiconductor products.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits from specification to silicon.
Work on circuit blocks such as Op-Amps, Bandgaps, LDOs, ADCs/DACs, PLLs, comparators, references, current/voltage sources, and amplifiers .
Perform schematic design, circuit simulation, analysis, and optimization .
Conduct PVT, Monte Carlo, corner, mismatch, and statistical simulations .
Work closely with Layout, Physical Design, Verification, and Silicon Validation teams.
Review layouts and provide guidance for analog layout, matching, shielding, parasitic reduction, and reliability .
Debug silicon issues and support bring-up, characterization, and validation .




Perform design trade-offs involving power, performance, area, noise, linearity, and reliability .
Prepare design specifications, simulation reports, and technical documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on analog design projects.

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design .
Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design and semiconductor devices .
Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE , or equivalent EDA tools.
Solid knowledge of CMOS technology and analog circuit architectures .
Experience with PVT, Monte Carlo, corner, mismatch, noise, and transient simulations .
Experience with analog layout concepts and post-layout simulations .
Understanding of low-power, high-speed, and high-precision analog design techniques .
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
