nAt INVESMATE Group, we're building a stronger performance-driven growth engine across multiple brands. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid acquisition, solve campaign problems and scale what works.

nWHAT YOU'LL DO:

Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaignsn
Own budgets, targeting, campaign structure and scalingn
Drive lead generation and customer acquisitionn
Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS & conversion ratesn
Analyze campaign performance and identify the why behind the numbersn
Test audiences, creatives, offers and acquisition strategiesn
Analyze the complete funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Customern
Work with creative, content, sales and web teams to improve performancen
Use tools such as GA4,



Meta Pixel/CAPI, conversion tracking and analyticsn

nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR--
nStrong hands-on expertise in:

Meta Ads | Google Ads | Lead Generation | Campaign Scaling | Analytics | Funnel Optimizationn
Experience in EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, D2C or Performance Marketing Agencies is a plus.n
