nWe’re looking for a proactive Digital Account & Growth Manager who can combine strong client servicing, content strategy and digital marketing understanding with a genuine interest in growing accounts and developing new business opportunities.

nYou’ll be the bridge between clients, strategy and our internal teams—ensuring work gets delivered well, clients stay happy, and accounts continue to grow.

nWhat You’ll Do -

nClient & Account Management
n
n
Own day-to-day communication and relationships across client accounts.n
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans.n
Manage timelines, deliverables and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.n
Present ideas, campaigns, reports and recommendations to clients.n

nContent & Digital Strategy
n
n




Develop and guide content strategies, calendars and campaign ideas.n
Strong understanding of content, copywriting, social media and brand communication.n
Review and improve content/copy across social, websites, ads and other digital platforms.n
Ensure communication is aligned with the brand, audience and business objectives.n

nPerformance Marketing Understanding
n

Have a valuable working understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation and campaign metrics .n
Work closely with performance teams to understand results and identify opportunities.n
Contribute to landing page, funnel, content and CRO recommendations.n
Understand basic SEO and how content and search strategy support business growth.n

nAccount Growth & New Business

Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.n
