nResponsible for managing complex transactions, supporting process governance, coaching junior associates, and driving operational effectiveness across NOA, Payments, and Escrow functions

Perform detailed audits on contracts and supporting documentation. n




Resolve escalations and exception cases. n
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and policies. n

Handle payment research and reconciliation activities. n
Investigate unapplied payments, ACH rejects, and payment discrepancies. n
Support month-end reconciliation activities. n
Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution. n

Review escrow exceptions and balance due cases. n
Process complex escrow transactions. n
Validate financial calculations and supporting documents. n
Support root cause analysis of defects. n

nGovernance & Improvement

Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback. n
Assist in training and onboarding of recent hires. n
Support reporting and MIS preparation. n
Identify process improvement prospects. n
Participate in RCA and corrective action planning. n
