nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Monastic Media. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for media and storytelling, and a proactive approach to sales and partnerships.

nKey Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market researchn
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and partnersn
Pitch Monastic Media’s services, content offerings, and creative solutions to prospective clientsn
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to develop customized proposalsn
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership termsn
Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM toolsn




Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insightsn
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsn

nRequirements & Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)n
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (media/advertising preferred)n
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsn
Ability to understand creative/media products and translate them into client valuen
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentn
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plusn
