Job Summary
nWe are looking for an organized and responsible HR & Administration Executive with previous experience in an inbound travel company, DMC, or tour operator , preferably in Delhi/NCR.
n

nThe candidate will be responsible for HR administration, attendance and leave management, office administration, procurement, vendor coordination, billing and payment coordination . The person will not be responsible for day-to-day tour operations but should understand the working workplace and basic business processes of an inbound travel company.

nKey Responsibilities

nHR & Attendance
n
n
Manage the daily employee attendance and check-in/check-out system.n
Monitor attendance, late arrivals, early departures and short working hours.n
Maintain employee leave records and attendance reports.n
Prepare monthly attendance information for payroll.n
Follow up with employees regarding attendance discrepancies.n
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.n
Assist with employee joining and exit formalities.n




Coordinate with Management regarding routine HR matters.n

nOffice Administration
n

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.n
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, AC, electrical items, printers, internet, etc.n
Arrange purchase/replacement of office items such as chairs, stationery, sanitary products, pantry supplies and other essentials.n
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other service providers.n
Maintain office assets and administrative records.n
Identify office requirements proactively and coordinate their timely completion.n

nBilling & Accounts Coordination

Check and maintain office and supplier invoices.n
Verify invoices against approved quotations or agreed rates.n
Coordinate with the Accounts/Management team for payment processing.n
Maintain records of outstanding invoices and pending payments.n
