nWe are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the face of our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office operations efficiently while ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors and clients.

nKey Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional mannern
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsn
Manage appointments, meetings, and bookingsn
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessaryn
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveriesn
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparationn
Coordinate with internal departments whenever requiredn
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionallyn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferredn
Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive is preferredn
Freshers with strong communication skills can also applyn
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
Solid interpersonal and customer service skillsn
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email handling, and office equipmentn
Positive organizational and multitasking abilitiesn
Professional appearance and positive attituden
Ability to work in shiftsn
