nKey Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to qualified leads to drive registrationsn
Solid lead generation and convincing skills to drive registrations and enrolmentsn
Handle outbound and inbound calls professionallyn
Follow call scripts and maintain conversation quality standardsn
Follow up with prospects to increase registrationsn
Qualify leads based on customer interest and requirementsn
Maintain records of registrations, follow-ups, and customer interactionsn
Achieve daily and weekly calling targetsn

nRequirements:

Excellent English communication skills with transparent accent, fluency, and confidence while speaking with international customersn
Experience handling US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia leads preferredn
Comfortable working in night shiftsn
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and follow-upsn
Basic computer knowledge and typing skillsn
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionallyn
Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, sales, or BPO preferredn
Candidates with international calling experience will be given priority n
