Role Description The Associate Director of Marketing & Communications is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the hotel’s brand positioning across domestic and international markets. Day-to-day activities include planning and managing marketing campaigns,



overseeing content creation for digital and print platforms, coordinating public relations and media outreach, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all guest and stakeholder touchpoints. The role collaborates closely with sales, revenue management, and operations teams to drive occupancy, F&B; revenues, event bookings, and brand visibility. The Associate Director will monitor market trends, analyze campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors to support strategic business objectives.
