We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager (L2) to lead multiple sales teams, drive large-scale B2C sales initiatives, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and mentor Associates, Senior Associates and L1 Managers
Drive regional sales performance and revenue targets
Plan and execute large-scale sales strategies
Monitor lead generation, funnel conversion and closures
Track sales performance and provide strategic inputs
Identify growth opportunities and scale operations across territories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of overall Sales experience
Mandatory experience in the Ed-Tech industry
2–4 years of experience managing multiple sales teams
Experience managing Managers and Associates
Solid leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory
English and Hindi – Mandatory
