Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and guide service technicians and stakeholders.
Conduct soft skills training programs for service teams to improve customer handling, professionalism, and communication.
Provide product training sessions to ensure technicians have complete technical knowledge of products and installation standards.
Ensure Window Master Certification for all service technicians through structured training and assessment programs.
Conduct regular site audits, submit detailed observations/reports, and prepare training plans based on identified gaps
Coordinate with the Quality and Product Development teams to share field findings and update corrective action plans with the service team.
Visit escalated customer sites, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Develop and prepare training content, SOPs, presentations, manuals, and learning materials for service teams.
Possess solid presentation and slide preparation skills for conducting effective training sessions and management reviews.
